Fees / Refund Policy

  1. The fees applicable to the student will be the fees as advised in the offer / fees letter.
  2. Fees for Uversity’s programmes/courses are stipulated / scheduled for payment in full as per the payment schedule outlined by Uversity.
  3. Programme / Course fees are subject to change each academic year.
  4. In the event that a student has to repeat one or more modules, Uversity will advise the relevant fees that will be applied.
  5. Should a student commence a programme/course and subsequently request to withdraw or defer from the programme/course, applications for refund of fees paid will be assessed on a case by case basis depending on the timing of the students’ request for withdrawal / deferral.
  6. Where a student accepts a place but is subsequently refused a visa and is unable to take up their place, any fees paid will be refunded.
  7. Tuition fees do not include the cost of accommodation, travel, course and final project materials, medical insurance to comply with Ireland’s Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB), registration with GNIB (currently €300). These will differ for each student depending on his / her discipline and host institution. For an estimate of costs, students are advised to contact the Programme Manager.
  8. Please note that additional charges may be levied by some host institutions to access their facilities (e.g sports complexes).
  9. Where a student’s account is in arrears, access to courses, Uversity programming and release of results and transcripts may be suspended.
